The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the provisional answer key for the 2024 stage of the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL). Candidates who appeared for the exam between September 9 and 26, 2024 can now check and download the answer key from the official website ssc.gov.in. The provisional answer key allows candidates to check their answers and raise objections before the final result is announced.

Steps to Download SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key 2024

Candidates can download their SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key from the official website – ssc.gov.in by following the following simple steps

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the “SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key” link and click on it.

Step 3: The answer key will open on the screen in PDF format.

Step 4: Match your answers to your answer sheet.

Step 5: Print the answer key for future reference.

Candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answer key can submit their objections on the official website by paying a fee of Rs 100 per question. Candidates can challenge the answer key until October 6, 2024.

“Objections regarding the provisional answer keys, if any, can be filed online from 03.10.2024 (6.00 p.m.) to 06.10.2024 (6.00 p.m.) by paying Rs.100/- per question/answer challenged. “Invitations received after 6:00 p.m. on October 6th, 2024 will not be considered under any circumstances,” says the official announcement.

The SSC CGL 2024 exam is conducted to fill 17,727 vacancies in various Group B and C posts in various ministries, departments and organizations of the Government of India.
