I’ve spent a few years here at Lifehacker writing or editing monthly lists of all the movies coming to the biggest streaming services, and as a fan of the James Bond movies, I’ve noticed how annoying they are Find out where (and if) you can stream all 25 of the iconic spy movies.

It’s rare for a streamer to have more than a handful of them at once, a situation that continues even after Amazon’s 2021 acquisition of MGM, the film studio that owns the rights to the franchise. As a customer in the modern streaming market, it’s frustrating, but certainly not an unprecedented condition – even though Paramount+ bills itself as the streaming home of the Star Trek franchise, for example, you can currently only stream three of them on the big screen Hike Films there.

There is a simple reason for this, which unsurprisingly has to do with making things easier for consumers: by concluding short-term licensing agreements with a large number of different streamers, the rights holders can earn a lot more money. That’s why it’s such a rare joy to be able to stream all 25 Bond films* in the same place – something that, as far as I can tell, has only happened briefly.

Where you can stream all James Bond films now

Given that MGM is owned by Amazon, it’s no surprise that Amazon Prime Video is the current streaming platform for every film in the franchise. This is generally good news for Bond fans, as there’s a good chance they’re already a Prime member (like 184 million other people in the US). Unfortunately, there are a few caveats to keep in mind.

*One of the best bonds is only technically available

Firstly, while all 25 Bond films are technically Available on Prime Video if you want to watch 2006 Casino Royale (hey, this is my favorite!), at the time of writing this article This is only possible through Prime Video if you sign up for the Paramount+ additional channel. This costs an additional $7.99 per month on top of your Prime membership, but you may Watch directly from Prime Video without having to sign in to a separate Paramount+ app. I guess that was close enough for the people who have the official James Bond account on X.

Two Bond films are not included at all

Second, “all 25,007 films” does not include two other Bond films that are not normally considered part of the franchise proper: Peter Sellers’ 1967 comedic version Casino Royaleand 1983 Never say never againin which Sean Connery returned to the title role for complex legal reasons that you probably know if you’re a big Bond fan to know the film even existed, even though Roger Moore was still the “official” 007. If you want to see any of these smaller entries in the canon, you’ll have to go the digital loan route.

How long will the Bond films stream on Prime Video?

Third – and this is the really tricky problem if you’re trying to stream anything these days – is the fact that there’s no way to know how long all 25 movies will remain available on Prime Video. Amazon isn’t particularly open about which titles disappear from the service and when. So my advice is to spend the rest of October bingeing Bond if you feel like it (and find the time amidst all the spooky seasonal offerings). This is your mission if you choose to accept it. Wait, wrong spy franchise (but luckily all seven Mission: Impossible Films are also currently in one place: Paramount+).
