Football Manager 25 now has a release date – and some players are getting it for free

FOOTBALL fans can mark their calendars as the release date for the latest version of the tactical game that lets you manage your own team has now been confirmed.

Similar to EA Sports FC, Football Manager receives a new version every year with the latest player database and gameplay improvements.

Football manager 25 will be released on November 26, 2024 for PC, Xbox consoles, PS5 and mobile devices.

Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can get into the game on day one at no additional cost as it’s included in Microsoft’s subscription.

The mobile version of FM25 is launching exclusively on Netflix, meaning subscribers to the streaming service can also download it for free on iOS and Android devices.

Nintendo Switch players will have to wait a bit longer as the FM25 Touch version of the game will be released on December 3rd.

Pre-orders for FM25 are open now for the PC and Mac versions, while console players have the option to pre-order at a later date.

The game costs £44.99 / $59.99 on PC, but if you buy it in advance you’ll save 10%.

Football Manager 25 is the biggest update in the series as the upcoming version has been rebuilt with a new game engine.

FM25 will also bring women’s football to the game for the first time, along with a revamped interface and a brand new matchday experience.

The next episode of Football Manager promises significantly improved graphics and realistic player animations for an even more intense gaming experience.

The developers have also outlined an FM25 pre-launch roadmap as they unveil all of the game’s new and improved features in the coming weeks.

FM24 players can transfer their progress to the new game and, for the first time, save transfers are also available for the mobile version.
