Bookings for the Nissan Magnite facelift are now open, with launch on October 4th

Nissan India has opened bookings for the upcoming Magnite facelift. While the updated avatar of the sub-4 meter compact SUV will be launched on October 4, deliveries will begin a day later on October 5.

The Nissan Magnite facelift is expected to get a new face with a redesigned grille and fresh headlights. The L-shaped DRLs are expected to be adopted. At the rear you can see new LED taillights. We also expect a new set of alloys for the vehicle.

Nissan has already tested the interior of the Magnite facelift. There is a new two-color layout. However, the center console appears to have been carried over from the pre-facelift model. The updated model will feature touchscreen infotainment, automatic climate control, digital instrument console and multifunction steering wheel.

The carmaker has claimed that the Nissan Magnite will get a facelift
will have more than 20 premium and industry-leading features. There will be a new air purifier that can turn 400 AQI into 30 AQI in just 20 minutes. There will also be over 55 active and passive safety features.

We await the Magnite facelift same drive options as before. There are two engine options: the 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol B4D (72 PS and 96 Nm) and the 1.0-litre turbo petrol HRAO (100 PS and 160 Nm/152 Nm). The B4D 1.0 liter unit has 5-speed MT and 5-speed AMT options while the HRAO 1.0 liter unit gets 5-speed MT and CVT options.

While the previous model is priced between Rs 6 lakh and Rs 11.11 lakh (ex-showroom), we expect the Nissan Magnite facelift to be priced between Rs 6.15 lakh and Rs 11.30 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Nissan Magnite facelift will take on the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Renault Kiger, Hyundai Exter and Tata Punch.
