After trailing by 2 since the fifth hole, Tom Kim fought back to level against Sam Burns with a birdie on the par-4 15th hole.

Schauffele gets the first individual point

Xander Schauffele defeated Jason Day 4&3 in the first singles games on Sunday, and the U.S. now needs just 3 1/2 points to secure a victory in the 2024 Presidents Cup.

On goes 2-Up in two holes

Byeong Hun An took the lead after two birdies on the sixth and seventh holes against Sahith Theegala.

After losing the lead in each of their matches, Si Woo Kim and Hideki Matsuyama quickly recovered, both going 1-1 against Keegan Bradley and Scottie Scheffler.

Corey Conners rallied from 2-down to 1-up against Tony Finau, who made three straight bogeys by the fifth hole.
