Stree 2 is now available to stream on OTT: Where to watch it?

Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s blockbuster horror-comedy Stree 2 is now available on OTT. After an outstanding six-week theatrical release, the film not only wowed audiences with its outstanding performances but also broke several records. Fans who were eagerly waiting for the OTT release of the film can now watch the film on Amazon Prime Video. However, there is a catch! “Stree 2” is currently available to rent at just Rs 349. After renting it on the platform, viewers have a total of 30 days to start watching the film and 48 hours to finish watching it after clicking play.

However, if you want to stream the film without a rental fee, you will have to wait a few more days as it will soon be available for free. The 2018 film’s prequel is available to stream on Disney+Hotstar. Talking about the success of the film, Shraddha Kapoor told Femina, “For me, success is not defined by conventional measures. This moment of speaking to you is about enjoying a delicious meal, cherishing moments with my family, and cultivating meaningful relationships. For me, true success means having loved ones close, enjoying restful sleep, being successful in my work, balancing life, and being mentally at peace.” She even praised her father and aunt for that they had inspired her and taught her not to take things for granted.

Stree 2 BO collections

With its successful theatrical release, ‘Stre 2’ entered the prestigious Rs 600 crore club, collecting a total of Rs 695.85 crore in India alone and a whopping Rs 829 crore worldwide. The film even dethroned Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan as the highest-grossing Bollywood film.

Stree 2 is still in theaters. Made under the banner of Maddock Films, the film features the star-studded ensemble comprising Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. It also features guest appearances from Akshay Kumar, Varun Dhawan and Tamannaah Bhatia.

The story of the film follows on from the events of its predecessor and shows the city of Chanderi being terrorized by a new creature called Sarkata. Vicky and his friends will reunite to fight the mysterious character with the help of Stree and Bhediya.
