European Club Cup – Live!

Round 4

This year the European Club Cups will take place from October 20th to 26th in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia. A total of 84 teams in the open tournament and 18 teams in the women’s tournament take part. Both events are 7-round Swiss Open.

The best team in terms of rating average is SuperChess from Romania (Gukesh, Abdusattorov, Praggnanandhaa) ahead of Alkaloid from Macedonia (Arjun, Wei, Yu) and Novy Bor from Czech Republic (Vidit, Keymer, Harikrishna).

In the women’s tournament, the Cercle d’Echecs de Monte-Carlo from Monaco is the strongest team, with Goryachkina, Vaishali and Kadelmasharieh on the first three boards.
