Her sister Kendall has also been spotted wearing a hat, and a few months ago Bella Hadid stepped out with Von Dutch’s bowling ball bag slung over her shoulder. Charli XCX even titled her lead single brat Album “Von Dutch”, which marks the triumphant return of the brand.
