Both Arcane: League Of Legends Steelbook editions are receiving big, limited-time Amazon discounts

Arcane: League of Legends Season 1 was released earlier this month on 4K and standard Blu-ray with two limited editions, and Amazon is already offering big discounts on both. Arcane 4K Limited Edition Steelbook is available for just $41 (was $60), while the Standard Blu-ray Limited Edition Steelbook is reduced to $37.33 (was $55). This means you can get both for around $88 (was $115). And big Arcane fans might actually want both, because each Steelbook features one of the main characters: Jinx (4K) or Vi (1080p).

With the second and final season of Arcane scheduled to premiere on Netflix on November 2nd, it’s the perfect time to check out the outstanding animated series.

Arcane’s 4K Blu-ray Limited Edition Steelbook features a Jinx cover and is available for $41 as a limited-time Amazon offer. It’s unclear when the Amazon deal ends, but the retail price is $60. This edition includes three 4K discs and one standard Blu-ray disc with special features.

Arcane Season 1 physical editions include the full nine-part story arc and three hours of special features. Fans can go behind the scenes of Arcane with exclusive conversations with key creative talent and writers, numerous scene breakdowns from Studio Fortiche’s animation team, making-of videos, and much more.

The standard 1080p Blu-ray Limited Edition Steelbook costs just a few dollars less than the 4K Limited Edition. So if you have a device that can play 4K Blu-rays, you should probably go for the 4K UHD version.

But the deal is certainly helpful for those who want to own both Steelbooks, as the standard Blu-ray Limited Edition Steelbook includes Vi, Jinx’s sister.

If you’re not interested in Steelbook cases, you can purchase the standard edition Arcane Blu-ray with a different cover for $33.85 (was $45).

Both 1080p Blu-ray sets contain three discs and the same three hours of special features as the 4K edition.

There’s no set release date yet – Amazon lists it as December 31st, which is usually a placeholder – but The Art and Making of Arcane is available to pre-order from Amazon for $54 (was $60). This 224-page hardcover comes with an acetate dust jacket featuring the exclusive illustration shown above, while the cover itself reverses the color scheme of the illustration.

In addition to never-before-seen concept art, the book includes over 20 interviews with key team members who created the show.

For Arcane fans who want to go all out, there’s an Arcane Collector’s Edition from GKids Films. Normally $200, reduced to $150 and includes original artwork, a die-cast D20 dice, resin dice, a velvet dice bag, a double-sided poster, six art cards and a fabric card.

With elaborate and imaginative animations, the production of the sequel series took a lot of time long Time, but the second and final season will be released on Netflix in a few months. The first season featured a star-studded cast of actors including Hailee Steinfeld (Vi), Annie Award winner Ella Purnell (Jinx), Katie Leung (Caitlyn), Reed Shannon (Ekko), Amirah Vann (Sevika), Mick Wingert (Heimerdinger), Ellen Thomas (Ambessa) and Brett Tucker (Singed).

Set in the League of Legends universe – the wildly popular video game franchise made by Riot Games – Arcane follows legendary League champions Vi and Jinx as they become caught up in the power struggles between the utopian city of Piltover and the oppressed underground city of Zaun . Premiering in November 2021, the series received critical acclaim for its storytelling, incredible animation, and had that one Imagine Dragons song stuck in your head for several months.

Arcane is one of the best animated series of recent years, but unfortunately season 2 will be its last.
