Imaginando TV3 is a new TB-303 style acid synthesizer plugin with a built-in generative pattern sequencer; The download is free until December 1, 2024.

Imagine TV3

TV3 is a simply designed acid synthesizer plugin inspired by the legendary Roland TB-303. It has two oscillators (main and sub) with two selectable waveforms (square and sawtooth).

The signal then passes through a resonant, non-self-oscillating low-pass filter at 24 dB/oct. with classic cutoff and resonance controls. In addition to the filter, it also has a distortion unit with four different modes (saturation, saturated wave folding, fuzz and nock) and an integrated high-pass filter.

On the modulation side, it features a classic decay envelope with accent control for the amp and filter.

A highlight of the Imaginando TV3 is its generative pattern generator. With one click you can generate your own bass lines. You can also customize the algorithm and determine the complexity, length, scope (21 on board) and key in which to generate the sequence.

Pretty. You can also export the patterns to your DAW via MIDI using the intuitive drag-and-drop functionality. Of course, you can save patches in the plugin and retrieve them at any time.

To get the plugin you need to create an account. Once done, you can download the plugin and after installation you need to log in to the plugin with your user account.

Imaginando TV3 is available as a free download now through December 1, 2024 (regularly $19). It runs as a VST, VST3 and AU plugin on macOS (native Apple Silicon + Intel) and Windows.
