Solo Leveling reveals a new look at Season 2 in the ReAwakening movie trailer

Solo leveling has released a new trailer for Reawakening Film with a new look Season 2 – Rise from the Shadows. The film will premiere in Japan on November 29th, while the North American premiere is scheduled for December 6th. Studio A-1 Pictures is again animated, with Crunchyroll streaming the anime outside of Japan.

The Reawakening The film will be a recap of the first TV anime season, but will include the first two episodes of the sequel. Season 2 is scheduled to premiere in January 2025.

The anime is based on that Solo leveling Webtoon by Chugong and DUBU by REDICE Studio adapted by h-goon. Crunchyroll is currently streaming the first season. The story follows the “world’s weakest hunter” Sung Jinwoo, who finds a way to rise in a world where this would otherwise be impossible and begins to grow enormously. He now has a game-like leveling interface and receives rewards for completing quests from the system.

Solo leveling was voted the Most Anticipated Anime of Winter 2024 and won Best New Anime at our Winter 2024 Anime Awards. Season 1 ran for 12 episodes from January to April 2024. The main cast consisted of Shunsuke Nakashige as director, Tomoko Sudo as character designer, Kevin Penkin as music composer and Noboru Kimura, who was responsible for composing the series.
