Israel-Hamas War Day 379: Updates on Yahya Sinwar, Gaza and Hezbollah | Israeli News

Israeli planes dropped leaflets over the southern Gaza Strip on Saturday showing a picture of dead Hamas chief Yahya Sinwar with the message that “Hamas will no longer rule Gaza,” echoing the language of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The move came as Israeli military strikes across the Gaza Strip killed at least 32 people and tightened the siege on hospitals in Jabalya in the enclave’s north, Palestinian health authorities said. The statement did not distinguish how many were civilians and how many were Hamas terrorists.

“Whoever drops the weapon and hands over the hostages can leave and live in peace,” said the leaflet, written in Arabic, according to residents of the southern town of Khan Yunis and images circulating online.
