Below is the Ascension Sheriff’s Office arrest report for the week of October 10-17:

Arrests from October 10th:

  • Mark Lezak, 43, 13008 Sterling Ridge Dr, Gonzales was arrested on two warrants;
  • Cortez Downs, 19, 3171 Arthur Ln, Donaldsonville was charged with 2nd Degree Murder;
  • Ahmad Miles, 37, 710 Tom Miles Rd, Prairieville was charged with domestic violence and violating protective orders;
  • Salmeron Padilla, 22, 16221 White Rose Dr, Baton Rouge was arrested on a fugitive warrant;
  • Alizante Patterson, 23, 231 Josh Brown Ln, Belle Rose was arrested on a bench warrant and a fugitive warrant;
  • Cornell Hall, 53, 225 N Roscoe Ave, Gonzales was charged with Distribution or PWITD Cocaine;
  • Christopher Pointer, 24, 43083 Weber City Rd, Gonzales was charged with probation violation;
  • Chase Hernandez, 24, 11004 Martin Rd, Gonzales probation was revoked.

Arrests from October 11th:

  • Cecilia Kendrick, 43, 9522 Dancy Ave, Baton Rouge was charged with (5 counts) Possession [Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Marijuana];
  • Laine Doucet, 48, 118 Arno Gremillion, Mansura was charged with resisting an officer and arrested on a refugee warrant;
  • Troy McCallister, 43, 30472 Joann St, Walker was charged with theft ($5,000-$25,000) and probation violation;
  • Glenn Price, 68, 901 Magnolia St, Donaldsonville was charged with unlawful possession of stolen things over $25,000;
  • Jamie Carter, 25, 4849 Paige St, Baton Rouge was arrested on a warrant;
  • Eddie Marshall, 44, 1494 Blackmore Rd, St. Francisville was charged with theft.

Arrests from October 12th:

  • Robert Carson, 37, 16098 Bluff Rd, Prairieville was cited for DWI-4. felony charged;
  • Antoine Lee, 26, 3342 Washington St, Darrow was charged with simple assault and disturbing the peace and arrested on a warrant;
  • Trenton Blount, 20, 35447 Hwy 1036, Holden was charged with motor vehicle theft and criminal trespass;
  • Jorge Flores, 35, 1417 Boreas Dr, Baton Rouge was cited for DWI-1. felony charged;
  • Terry Mosley, II, 28, 2164 S Veterans Blvd, Gonzales was charged with theft, simple burglary and simple criminal damage to property;
  • Kern Fontenot, 44, 43043 Wayne Stevens Rd, Gonzales was charged with theft and arrested on two warrants;
  • Antoine Price, 39, 101 Oak St, Donaldsonville was charged with weapons possession, larceny and identity theft.

  • Gerardo Marquez, 34, 17504 Rosemont Dr, Prairieville was charged with illegal use of a weapon;
  • Oscar Avila, 35, 791 N Carlton Ave, Baton Rouge was charged with DWI-1. felony charged;
  • Jose Hernandez Barrera, 27, 14230 Garcon Rd, Gonzales was charged with DWI-1. felony charged;
  • Terrence Ingram, 32, 403 Paula Dr, Thibodaux was arrested on a warrant and two fugitive warrants;
  • Stephen Reed, 37, 18735 Little Prairie Rd, Prairieville was charged with theft and obstruction of justice and arrested on a fugitive warrant;
  • Sara Waudby, 41, 18735 Little Prairie Rd, Prairieville was charged with theft and obstruction of justice;
  • Shane Howard, 43, 609 W 9th St, Donaldsonville was charged with simple criminal damage to property and arrested on a warrant;
  • Kayla Anderson, 33, 12184 Kenny Tynes Rd, Gonzales was charged with trespassing and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Arrests from October 14th:

  • Merlin Winfrey, 30, 908 Mulberry St, Donaldsonville was arrested on five warrants;
  • Kendrick Nicholas, 31, 1809 E Bayou Rd, Donaldsonville was charged with possession of marijuana and arrested on a warrant;
  • Jordan West, 40, 39179 Superior Wood Ave, Gonzales was arrested on a warrant;
  • Kanessiah Sanders, 33, 317 Lessard St, Donaldsonville was arrested on a fugitive warrant;
  • Erick Estrada, 31, 16904 Northchase Dr, Houston TX was arrested on a fugitive warrant;
  • Darvin Mumphrey, 40, 3071 Robinson Ln, Donaldsonville was arrested on a fugitive warrant and two felony warrants;
  • O’Brian Carter, 17, 706 7th St, Donaldsonville was charged with unlawful possession of stolen firearms and possession of firearms on the premises of an alcoholic beverage outlet;
  • Jeremiah Miller, 17, 42230 Moody Dixon Rd, Prairieville was charged with cyberbullying;
  • Zena Ely, 53, 5344 Jackson Ave, Baton Rouge was charged with theft and arrested on a warrant;
  • Ashton Johnson, 27, 5960 Siegen Ln, Baton Rouge was charged with simple burglary and criminal trespass;
  • Asia Perkins, 25, “No Address Given” was charged with theft of a motor vehicle;
  • Henry Mitchell, Jr., 33, 3077 Brasset Rd, Donaldsonville was arrested on two warrants;
  • Jorge Armendariz, 53, 522 N Brown Ave, Gonzales was arrested on a fugitive warrant.

Arrests from October 15th:

  • Monique Roberts, 42, 1141 Irene St, Lafayette was charged with illegal money transfer, bank fraud, misuse of monetary instruments, larceny and identity theft;
  • Chad Gaines, 44, 1205 St. Vincent St, Donaldsonville was arrested on a fugitive warrant and three felony warrants;
  • Iris Butler, 60, 102 Burns Dr, Donaldsonville was charged with obstruction of justice;
  • Derrick Clark, 39, 307 N Roscoe Ave, Gonzales was charged with distribution or PWITD Schedule II-CDS, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer with violence/force and probation violation;
  • Michael Roussel, Jr., 46, 41011 Fairmont Ave, Prairieville was charged with disturbing the peace;
  • John Wood, Jr., 71, 40292 Bordeaux St, Prairieville was arrested on a fugitive warrant;
  • Jerel Williams, 36, 307 N Roscoe Ave, Gonzales was charged with possession of firearms by a convicted felon, illegal carrying of weapons, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana;
  • Juan Jones, 55, 41230 Bayou Segnette Ave, Gonzales was charged with (2 counts) Distribution or PWITD [Cocaine and Marijuana]possession of Schedule II-CDS, illegal possession of stolen firearms, illegal carrying of weapons and simple obstruction of trade route;
  • Lakeith Lane, 38, 1108 S Darla Ave, Gonzales was charged with (2 counts) Criminal Conspiracy: Distribution or PWITD [Cocaine and Schedule II-CDS]and arrested on a warrant;
  • Jamie Nunez Sanchez 27, 13170 Dutchtown Point Ave, Gonzales was charged with domestic violence (child endangerment).

Arrests from October 16th:

  • Perry Friedley, 26, 42385 Moody Dixon Rd, Prairieville was charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon and improper telephone communications;
  • Shea August, 28, 309 Bourg St, Donaldsonville was charged with theft ($5,000-$25,000), illegal transfer of funds, bank fraud, misuse of monetary instruments and identity theft;
  • Alexander Cole, Jr., 48, 3005 Robin Ln, Donaldsonville was charged with simple assault, simple criminal damage to property, possession of Suboxone and introducing contraband into the penal institution;
  • Shawn Terry, 37, 421 S Sammy St, Gonzales was charged with unlawful interference with the operation of a health care facility, assault on a law enforcement officer and disturbing the peace;
  • Joseph Lohr, 36, 1947 Taller Rd, Morris IL, was charged with theft and arrested on a warrant.

Arrests from October 17th:

  • Abdala Aikawatha, 36, 14456 Essen Terrace Dr, Gonzales was charged with illegal use of a weapon.
