Friday night football scores for Kendall County

All four of Kendall Country’s 11-man football teams were in action Friday, three of them at home.

Boerne Champion

Boerne Champion picked up its first district win of the year and is 1-3 in league play after defeating Mac 59-13. The Chargers scored on the first play of the game and never looked back.

The champion is 4-3 overall and visits Victoria East on Friday.

Boerne High

The Greyhounds defeated Victoria West 50-33 on Friday night. The Hounds are 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the district.

BHS will host the Veterans Memorial at BISD Stadium on Friday.

Geneva School of Boerne

Geneva defeated Hill Country Christian 36-21 at home on Friday. The Eagles were on the road for four of their last five games and were happy to be home.

Geneva is 4-4 overall and 2-2 in district. They play a non-district game at home on Friday against Compass Rose of SA

Comfort high

Friday’s game in Comfort was tied 24-24 at halftime, but Rogers scored the only score in the second half in the 31-24 win.

Comfort is 2-4 overall and 0-1 in the district.
