Bronny James’ Warriors-Lakers performance goes viral

Bronny James’ Warriors-Lakers performance goes viral

The NBA world has been waiting for Bronny James to play in a big NBA game this preseason, and that finally happened on Friday night during the Warriors-Lakers game – albeit during a massive blowout.

On Friday night, Bronny James had 17 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals, 1 assist and 1 block while shooting 41% from the field. It was by far the best NBA performance of his young career and had the NBA world talking.

Bronny’s performance included an abundance of steals, dunks and a wide range of plays. Granted, it was all during a gigantic breakdown, but it still allowed him to actually show off his skills.

Before today’s game against the Warriors, Bronny had major problems in the preseason. In his five games prior to tonight, he was averaging 1.6 points on 20% shooting from the field and 0% from three-point range. He had more turnovers than he made field goals.

Luckily for the young 20-year-old, his signature performance against the Warriors was better than all five of his other preseason appearances combined. Even if it didn’t result in a win, Bronny’s confidence should be much higher as the regular season begins.

Becoming a competent NBA player doesn’t happen overnight, but requires building blocks day by day. The next step for Bronny James is to repeat that kind of performance, albeit in a much closer game.

On December 25th, the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers meet for the first time in the regular season.
