Your first warning of a warmer weekend and temperatures continuing to rise next week

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A drought pattern is firmly established across the Mid-South and will continue into the next few days. This dry pattern is also the trigger for a warmer pattern that will lead to temperatures in the 80s next week.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with a light easterly wind and overnight lows in the mid to upper 40s.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny with a light easterly wind and afternoon highs in the mid-70s.

SATURDAY EVENING: Clear with a light east wind and overnight lows in the upper 40s.

SUNDAY: Sunny and warmer with highs in the upper 70s and overnight lows in the lower 50s.

NEXT WEEK: Monday and Tuesday will be mostly sunny, with highs around 80 and nighttime lows in the 50s to 60s. Wednesday will be partly cloudy, with afternoon highs in the lower 80s and overnight lows in the mid 50s. Thursday will be partly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 70s and overnight lows in the mid 50s. Friday will be partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the upper 70s.
