Vista Ridge High School is opening its career and technical education wing next week

COLORADO SPRINGS – Students at Vista Ridge High School will soon have access to a new academic wing that will provide expanded choice for all students.

According to School District 49, the new spaces will support subjects in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program.

The two-story wing will be located on the south side of the school and will have 18 classrooms. According to School District 49, this will increase the school’s capacity by approximately 450 students.

A ribbon cutting for the wing will be held at Vista Ridge on Monday, October 28th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. According to School District 49, this honors the expansion of school capacity and creates new learning opportunities for students.
