ABC57's Jennifer Copeland has died

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – We have sad news for you tonight from our colleagues at ABC57.

We learn that Jennifer Copeland, one of the station’s main anchors, has died. She was 46 years old.

In a statement, ABC57 said it was “devastated” to learn of her death and that it was a privilege “to learn of her personal impact on so many lives.”

Jennifer previously worked at WSBT for years before moving to ABC57 last year.

Back in May, she announced that she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
