Williams Racing today announces rising karting star Lucas Palacio as the latest and youngest addition to its driver academy.

The 10-year-old American has quickly impressed in his short career, getting behind the wheel at just three years old and winning in his official karting debut in 2020 at the age of six.

Since that first race, Lucas has consistently outperformed his competitors, entering the Mini Swift category with an age rating in 2022 and achieving multiple wins and podiums in all championships despite being significantly younger than his competitors.

He continued his impressive rise and a year later won all three Mini Swift National Championships (USPKS, SKUSA Pro Tour and Stars Championship).
