In our latest VF Live we’re back at Amsterdam institution Rush Hour with Julion De’Angelo.

The North Carolina-born, Destroit-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and DJ has spent his career traversing genres. Proficient on bass, cello and drums, De’Angelo has released a number of exploratory percussive EPs and has performed at venues and events including the Boiler Room, Meakusma Festival in Belgium, Tresor/Globus Berlin, The Hydra at Printworks London, and these days NYC.

In his VF Live, De’Angelo presents a range of “black music that would make your ears spin in a record store”, which he describes as “something to float to.”
