Skins and collaborations to look forward to

As always, new chapters in Fortnite contain killer themes. This year we’ve seen everything from mythology to Marvel, and for Chapter 6 it looks like we’re in for a superhero-themed season.

Leaker HYPEX has shared some survey skins that could be coming, and many feature colorful suits, capes, and elemental effects. Additionally, there is rumored to be a K-Pop collaboration that will take place during the Fortnite Festival, around the time Chapter 6 releases. While we don’t know which group it is yet, fans are abuzz with guesses – NewJeans, TWICE, Aespa and Le Sserafim are all candidates.

New mechanics are coming to Fortnite

Fortnite is getting even more action-packed with some cool new mechanics:

Swing mechanics: We’ve already had something similar with Spider-Man’s web shooters and grapple gloves, but Chapter 6 might bring something new to the swing!
Lying mechanics: This is new in Fortnite! If you’ve played games like PUBG, you know how it works – you lie flat on the ground, perfect for sneaky heals, reloads, or hiding from enemies.
First-person mode: Leakers say that first-person mode will make its way into the core Battle Royale experience (so far it’s only available in UEFN and Creative Maps).

Additionally, there are rumors of weapon magic, creative pet support, and a floating island theme coming into play in Chapter 6. Sounds pretty epic, right?

Even though these are leaks and nothing has been officially confirmed yet, one thing is certain: Chapter 6 will bring a lot of excitement to Fortnite.
