BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – As expected, temperatures will start predominantly at over 40°C across the entire viewing area. We will experience a few cool nights on the way.

Thursday will be fine, sunny and dry, with high temperatures only in the lower to mid 70s. It won’t be windy today so there will be no warning.

Humidity remains low over the next few days and the chance of rain is zero, but we will see an increase in dew points next week with warmer temperatures.
