Clinton County Leadership Holds First Meeting at Ross Library | News, sports, jobs

LOCK HAVEN – The Leadership Clinton County Class of 2025 held its first meeting of the year at the Ross Library in Lock Haven.

The class heard Dr. Shelley Moore from Pennsylvania College of Technology, who taught a lesson on public speaking.

Additionally, John Gradel and Angelic Hardy, both of Commonwealth University-Lock Haven, taught the class about working with boards, committees and finance.

Finally, Jacque Miller of the Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board taught the class about conflict resolution techniques in the workplace and beyond.

The day also featured an excellent tour of the Ross Library and its fascinating history led by staff member Zach Kreamer.
