Oak Hill Cemetery is hosting a live reenactment tour this weekend

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville city officials say the public can take a “twilight tour” of Oak Hill Cemetery.

They say it’s a unique opportunity to learn more about the city’s history.

There will be live reenactments of some of the most influential people buried in the cemetery and how they helped Evansville.

According to official information, the tour begins on Saturday at 5 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and $5 for children.

Proceeds benefit the Adopt-An-Ash program. It is a group whose goal is to protect ash trees from the emerald ash borer.
