Craddock Terry hosts film series, costume contests and pet adoptions

Join us in celebrating fall with an outdoor film series and pet adoption event hosted in partnership with Central Virginia Regional Rescue at the Craddock Terry Hotel and Waterstone Pizza.

These family-friendly events include Halloween-inspired activities for families, including a pet and human costume contest and a meet-and-greet with loving pets in need of a home. Awards go to Best Matching Animal and Human Costume, Best Matching Animal and Human Costume and Most Animal Friendly Costume.

Come by and enjoy a fun-filled family day! Meet adorable, adoptable pets from Central Virginia Regional Rescue. With the support of experienced staff and volunteers, pet adoptions will take place on site. The pet and human costume contests will be fun for all ages! Dinner and a film round off the entertaining evening.

The film “Coco” will be shown on October 19th at 7:00 p.m. On October 26th there will be a double feature with “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Beetlejuice” from 7:00 p.m.

The movie and fall-inspired activities cost $25 per family and include one cheese or pepperoni pizza and two sodas or hot chocolate. The pet adoption event is free. Participants who bring a bag of pet food for Central Virginia Regional Rescue will receive a $5 discount.
