One-handed touchdown catch by Sully Carter

One-handed touchdown catch by Sully Carter

KIMBERLY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – It’s Sunday night, so let’s waste no more time and jump right into the Friday Night Blitz game of week seven, which could be the game of the year so far.

This week’s game was courtesy of Wood River Wolverines tight end Sully Carter in their game last weekend against Kimberly.

Quarterback Wylder Grafft takes the snap, sees his receiver Sully Carter on the sideline and throws up a pass that only the tight end can catch, and he does so with one hand for the touchdown snag.

That great touchdown catch also gave Wood River a 7-0 lead, and it was the first one-handed catch of the week this season, and what a grab it was from the Wood River big man.

Unfortunately, the Wolverines suffered a 56-13 loss to the Dawgs, but this still ranks as one of the best games so far this season and Wood River will travel to Gooding this Friday looking to get back on the winning list.
