Stassi Schroeder from Vanderpump Rules would have more kids if she had the money

Mother of two children Stassi Schroeder would be open to more children on one condition: if she had more money.

“Given what my family looks like, if I was insanely rich and had the most help anywhere, I would love to have more kids,” Schroeder, 36, said on the Wednesday, Oct. 2, episode of Disrespectful. Podcasts.

The Vanderpump Rules Alum noticed her looking Chrissy Teigen‘s life with husband John Legend and their four children. (Teigen and Legend, who married in 2013, share daughters Luna, 8, and Esti, 20 months, and sons Miles, 6, and Wren, 15 months.)

“I was like, ‘Damn, you have four kids.’ How the hell do you do that?’” she said. “There is probably a nanny for every child. I can’t afford that.”

In Schröder’s perfect world, she would have “a really big family” in which she would have “enough money.” (Schroeder and her husband, Beau Clarkshare daughter Hartford, 3, and son Messer, 12 months.)

“I think about single parents multiple times a day every day because I have help,” Schroeder said. “Hartford goes to school and I have a husband who does half of my chores. So I’m supported, but I’m still overwhelmed throughout the day. I’m literally thinking, ‘There are people who just do this alone.’ Alone, alone.'”

Schroeder was previously open about it Us weekly about her growing family – and her desire to have more children.

“It’s my fantasy to have a lot of kids, lots of them,” Schroeder said Us in March 2023, before Messer’s arrival. “But children are really expensive. As life goes on, I realize that they are very expensive and I feel like they are the most time-consuming thing in the world.”

When asked about baby No. 3, Schroeder responded, “When I think about what I want my children’s lives to be like, I want to be able to give each one as much attention and give them as much as possible.” I ask myself, “If I If I had a third, how would I give this as much attention as these other two?” At this point I feel like two is a great number for me, but never say never because maybe one day I’ll wake up and decide that today is the day. You never know.”

Before Schroeder became a mother, she openly expressed her desire to have children with Clark, whom she married in 2020. (The couple also celebrated a second wedding ceremony in Italy less than two years later.)

“I’m ready to have a baby,” she said exclusively Us in June 2019. “I never really dreamed about her wedding… but I always knew I wanted to be a mother. I feel like I’m at a point in my life where I’m making my own decisions and following my own path. I know I want to be a mother, so I would rather hunker down before waiting for a wedding.”
