Netflix Comedy ‘No Good Deed’ Sets Premiere Date, Reveals Teaser

Netflix has set the premiere of its new half-hour dark comedy for December 12th Not a good deed, with Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano Dead to me Creator Liz Feldman. The streamer also released a teaser that gives a taste of the darkness to come, which you can watch above.

The eight-part series stars Kudrow and Romano as Lydia and Paul, who decide to leave their empty nest to start a new life. They name their beautiful 1920s Spanish-style villa in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles – and the real estate boom begins. Several families compete to buy what they believe is their dream home, believing it will solve all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a real nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that lurk in their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way to escape the past is to finally face it.

The teaser also introduces the rest of the main cast, including Linda Cardellini, OT Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Denis Leary, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris and Luke Wilson. Guest stars include Matt Rogers, Kate Moennig, Chloe East, Rory Scovel, Wyatt Aubrey, Kevin Alves and Linda Lavin, as well as Anna Maria Horsford

Feldman serves as creator, showrunner, director and executive producer. Silver Tree is also a director and executive producer. Christie Smith, Jessica Elbaum and Will Ferrell are executive producers for Gloria Sanchez Productions.
