Hibs: Chris Cadden describes Sunday’s performance as the “best” he has ever had at Ibrox

“I came here a lot as a Hibs player, I think it was one of the best performances I’ve ever had.”

While Chris Cadden admits Hibernian are “never happy” when they lose a football match, the full-back believes Sunday’s performance was one of the best he has ever witnessed at Ibrox.

Tom Lawrence’s first-half goal made the difference in a game. Hibs missed a penalty and wasted good chances in Govan.

“We are disappointed to have lost the game. I thought we had a chance of winning it,” Cadden told HibsTV.

“There are a lot of positives to take from this, it’s a good performance to build on next week, but we’re never happy to lose a game.”

“At places like Ibrox you have to take the big opportunities when they come, but it also comes down to a bit of luck.”

“The work performance, dedication and commitment of everyone on the pitch was absolutely outstanding.”
