Arrested B’deshi porn star Riya Barde filed a false rape case against his ex-boyfriend, demanded lakhs from his estranged husband and claimed to be a men’s rights activist

Bangladeshi adult film star Riya Barde was recently arrested in Ulhasnagar, a town in Thane district, for being in India illegally. And now an activist has claimed that Riya was previously accused of filing a false rape case against her ex-boyfriend and even demanded multi-crore alimony payments after she married someone else and accused his family of domestic violence.

Men’s rights activist Deepika Bhardwaj took to her X-handle and claimed that Riya used to be in a relationship with a man. However, when he found out about her career as an actress in adult films, he wanted to break up with her. She then accused him of raping her under the pretext of marriage, after which the man was sentenced to five months in prison.

Bhardwaj alleged that Riya later married another man and also threatened to rape him. She then allegedly filed a dowry and domestic violence case against him and his family and demanded millions of rupees as maintenance for the divorce.

“I have been following this case for months. I called so many, asked so many for help. Nothing happened. Eventually the police investigated and checked everyone’s background and realized how deep their forgery was. The arrest also came after knocking on several doors. ” Bhardwaj wrote on X.

“Seven lawyers appeared at her first bail hearing, some of them top notch.

According to reports, Riya, who is also known as Arohi Bard and Banna Sheikh, was arrested in Ulhasnagar after police found that she had obtained an Indian passport using fake documents. She was reportedly staying illegally with her mother and siblings.

Riya is known for her films and shows with adult film actress Gehana Vasisth. She was reportedly previously arrested in connection with a prostitution-related case.
